The spiralizer definitely makes it easier to get the "noodle" and you won't waste as much zuchinni in the end. Hope that helps!<br /><br />Also, regarding protein, a lot of study has shown that an 80/10/10 split is optimal. That means 80% intake is carbs, 10% fat, and 10% protein. I know that seems like very little protein, but I've found that those who follow this "diet" are some of the strongest and most successfully athletic people I know!
