aloo gobi mash

I love Indian food so very much.

This recipe from Spicie Foodie was so simple to make & so delicious to eat.

vegan indian cauliflower mash/aloo gobi mash:
1 cauliflower head
4 small potatoes
1 small onion
1 red chile
1 1/2 tbsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground tumeric
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. coconut oil (I don't use any other kind)
salt & pepper

It was spicy, so I made fresh grapefruit juice to drink with it. I'm currently addicted to spicy food and citrus.
